It eats your skin cells, that's why it's bubbling. My daughter learned that in chemistry and hasn't given me any rest about it ever since. Because of COURSE I put peroxide on their wounds when they were young. :-) NO WAY SHOULD IT BE USED TO INDUCE VOMITING!!!! And for TV - HOUSE! TONIGHT! I can't wait. If you have and 'unexpected period' and don't get to those stained panties in time before the blood dries (or any blood stain for that matter), and it is too hard for even the peroxide to cleanse, here's what you do: Apply the peroxide as prescribed, but this time get some plain Ivory soap and scrub a dub. This works so well, when I was a child I called my mom, "The Master Bleecher," because no matter what stain I got in my white parachuette pants, she could get it out! btw, i'm havin' a girl!!!!!!! Okay, so I didn’t comment yesterday, but I will now.
